madMidiMiniCustom has 1 note button and 2 cc potentiometers.

These can also be mapped as macros on your computer using software like Better Touch Tool. Your Imagination is the limit to what you can do.
The madMidiMiniCustom uses an ESP32-S3 microcontroller which allows for easy modification of the firmware.
